Program Description

A permanent residency visa issued jointly by the Philippine Department of Retirement (PD), the Department of Investment (DI) or the APECO Special Zone (APECO), and the Bureau of Immigration (BI) is a permanent residency visa issued directly by the National Immigration Act of the Republic of the Philippines to the PD, DI or APECO Special Zone for the exclusive use of immigrants.

It is granted to a national or business alien for the purpose of facilitating free entry and exit to live in the Philippines.

The aforementioned permanent residency ID card is to be replaced before it expires.

In accordance with Philippine regulations, you may renew your permanent residency ID card iD within 6 months prior to the expiration of its validity period by going to the Philippine Retirement Authority (PRA), the Department of Investment (DOI), or APECO Zone for a new photo renewal + file renewal. (Otherwise, there will be a high period penalty)

Caution.

There are 2 types of permanent residency ID card renewals in the Philippines

Category 1: Those who are in the Philippines and choose to attend in person to renew/replace their permanent residence ID card.

Category 2: Those who do not have the time to go to the Directorate General of Immigration or those whose applicants are outside the Philippines to renew/replace their permanent residency ID cards.

(Category 2) Replacement/overdue/lost/replacement of ID cards can be submitted to EasyGo China and Philippine branches for processing.

Application Process

2: In case of overstaying; failure to report annually, etc.; fees are additional.

3: In case of missing documents; fees are additional.

Payment Method

$0 in advance! The full payment will be made after the process is completed.

Category 2: Non-attendee with no free time or applicant outside the Philippines for renewal/replacement of permanent resident card.

1: Php 170,000

2: In case of overstaying; failure to report annually, etc.; fees will be charged separately.

3: In case of missing documents; fees are additional.

For other types of renewals/replacement of permanent residency ID cards, prices are subject to negotiation!
