Program Description

The SEC13 Amnesty Visa is actually a quota immigrant visa (Quota Visa) for the Philippines, also known as the Amnesty Visa and the Golden Visa. It is a privilege of the Philippines based on the principle of reciprocity for foreign nationals, and there are only 50 slots per country per year. Once you get this visa, you can live in the Philippines for a long period of time with automatic renewal every 5 years, and you can bring your spouse and unmarried children under 21 years old, so it is a one-person visa for the whole family.

Requirements for filing

1. Foreign nationals with citizenship (except for those countries listed by the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs and the Bureau of Immigration as non-applicable)

2. 18 years of age or older

3. Passport valid for 6 months

4. Must be in the Philippines

5. No criminal record (NBI Clearance)

6. Medical examination report (local hospital in the Philippines)

7, Quarantine report (Bureau of Quarantine)

8. Bank deposit certificate with a balance higher than 2.5 million pesos

9. Family register (or marriage certificate, double certification required; children need to be under 21 years old; single person does not need this information)

5. Certificate of financial strength from a Philippine bank (deposit of Php 2.7 million)

Procedure

⇒ Applicant submits (necessary documents for processing) EasyGo staff will accompany you throughout the process.

⇒ EasyGo document review

⇒ Submission of application to the Philippine Bureau of Immigration

⇒EasyGo notifies the appointment date/time

⇒Fingerprinting and photo-taking is completed at the Philippine Immigration Office, follow the instructions of EasyGo staff before you can leave for home.

⇒ Notification of processing result approval

⇒Delivery or courier.

On the day of fingerprinting+photography, please note the following.

No shorts, tank tops, flip flops, sandals, sexy skirts, sexy backless, low waist clothes; no loud noises, otherwise the day of filing will be cancelled and fines will be imposed.
