Philippines 9G work visa downgrade/downgrade

If you are working in company A with 9G work visa, it is illegal and criminal to go to work in company B. You must pass the downgrade visa to join the new company legally. Processing flow.

Fee Description.

1: Official Philippine Bureau of Immigration invoice fee + service charge.

2: In case of overdue cases; or if they do not report yearly, etc.; fees will be charged separately.

3: In case of multiple years of overdue/missing documents; fees will be charged separately.

 

Caution.  
Overstayed visa holders: Fines will increase daily and annually, and will be automatically blacklisted as undesirable persons in the Philippines for a limited period of time, with restrictions on entry and exit. Fines and appeals must be paid to clear the blacklist before normal visitor status can be restored.  

 

Recommendation.

Those who do not leave the country or need to stay in the Philippines for a long period of time should apply for permanent residency (family immigration: Philippine mini-amnesty, amnesty, retirement immigration SRRV, investment immigration Sirv, etc.) or short-term visa: Philippine 9G work visa (valid for 1, 2, 3 years)
