Introduction to the 9G Work Visa

The Philippine 9G work visa is the current work visa issued by the Philippine Bureau of Immigration, which basically covers all types of jobs and is recognized by the Philippine Department of Labor.

It is also recognized by the Department of Labor (DOL) of the Philippines. It has to go through the Department of Revenue, Department of Labor, Bureau of Immigration, and in some cases, the Department of Justice for special approval. It also requires an interview with the Bureau of Immigration. Especially this year, since the Duterte administration cancelled the issuance of work visas outside of CEZA Kakawan, the 9G has become the only legal visa for all foreigners working in Metro Manila.

Application Process

Applicant must be present; EasyGo staff will accompany you throughout the process.

⇒ EasyGo submits the application to the Philippine Department of Labor, Bureau of Immigration and Department of Revenue

⇒ Applicant must be present; accompanied by EasyGo staff throughout the process

⇒ Fingerprinting + photo-taking by the immigration office is completed, follow the instructions of EasyGo staff before leaving for home.

⇒ Notify the approval of processing result

9G work visa application fee

9G work visa application includes: application fee from the Directorate General of Civil Affairs, application fee from the Department of Labor, annual fee, tax fee, government processing fee, interview fee, expedited fee, legal counsel notary fee, and government expedited fee. 

Note to Applicants

The following items will be paid in advance by EasyGo and will be settled at the time of final payment.

Applicants: normal processing in the case of extension / late and serious overdue / not cancel the old company to drop the visa / missing materials.

If involved in routine minor fees, without notice.
