According to Philippine media, on November 15, police in Bracan Province of the Philippines rescued three kidnapped Chinese gambling employees.

The three were rescued on November 10. The suspect asked the victim's family to pay a ransom of 10000USDT in exchange for freedom.

It is reported that in order to make the family pay the ransom, the suspect even used a vice to pull out the victim's nails. Philippine police found the vise and hammer allegedly used to torture the victim at the scene.

According to the Philippine National Police Anti-Kidnapping Brigade, a common tactic used by Chinese kidnappers is to torture kidnapped victims and force their relatives to pay ransoms. In addition, the victim's family allegedly received photos and videos of the victim being handcuffed and blindfolded.

It is reported that the two arrested suspects were charged with kidnapping, serious illegal detention and illegal possession of firearms. Philippine authorities are still investigating whether they had accomplices or whether they were related to other kidnapping cases.
