696 Chinese banned from the Philippines!

According to Philippine media, the Philippine Immigration Bureau said on November 14 that a total of 2778 foreigners were refused entry to the Philippines between January 1 and October 31, 2023.

Philippine Immigration Director Norman Tancinko (Tansingco) said that as the world has opened up, the number of travelers has increased, and with it has come an increase in illegal aliens trying to enter the Philippines.

According to the report, those refused entry included undesirable foreigners and people with incomplete documents, including 696 Chinese, 414 Vietnamese, 214 Indonesians, 204 Americans and 138 Indians.

Tancinko added that most of those denied entry tried to enter the Philippines through Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
