Summary of Latest Application Materials for Foreigners to China in 2023

Today, EasyGo International, according to the latest notice from the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines, summarizes the materials needed for foreigners to apply for visas to China. Interested friends can forward and collect them.

The application materials required for the visa for foreigners to visit China are as follows:

(I) visa application form and confirmation page;

Copy of original (II) passport and information page;

One (III) photo (front, bareheaded, color 2-inch 48mm × 33mm photo within 6 months);

(IV) proof of legal stay and residence in the Philippines (applicable to third country citizens in the Philippines);

(V) original Chinese passport or original Chinese visa (applicable to those who once had Chinese nationality and later acquired foreign nationality);

In addition to the above-mentioned (I) to (V) basic materials, the (VI) is also required to submit the corresponding application materials according to the following visa acceptance scope:

C sign:A letter of guarantee issued by a foreign transport company or an invitation letter issued by a relevant unit in China.

D sign:The original and photocopy of the confirmation form for the permanent residence status of foreigners issued by the Ministry of Public Security of China.

F signed:Invitation letter issued by relevant units or individuals in China.

G sign:A ticket for a connection (car, boat) with a confirmed date and seat to the country (region).

J1 signed:The visa notification letter issued by the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China and the official letter issued by the media where the reporter is located.

J2 signed:Visa notification letter from the Information Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China or relevant units and official letter from the media where the reporter is located.

M sign:Business documents issued by trade partners in China, invitations to trade fairs and other invitation letters.

Q1 Sign:

1. Letter of invitation issued by a Chinese citizen residing in China or a foreigner with Chinese permanent residence status;

2. A copy of the inviter's Chinese ID card or a copy of the foreigner's passport and permanent residence permit;

3. Proof of family relationship between the applicant and the inviter (marriage certificate, birth certificate, kinship certificate or notarial certificate of kinship issued by the police station, etc.).

Q2 signed:

1. Letter of invitation issued by a Chinese citizen residing in China or a foreign citizen with Chinese permanent residence status;

2. A copy of the inviter's Chinese ID card or a copy of the foreigner's passport and permanent residence permit.

R signature: meet the conditions and requirements for the introduction of foreign high-level talents and urgently needed professionals determined by the relevant competent departments of the Chinese government, and submit corresponding certification materials in accordance with the regulations.

S1 sign:

1. Letter of invitation issued by foreigners residing in China;

2. A copy of the passport and residence certificate of the inviter;

3. Proof of kinship between the applicant and the inviter (marriage certificate, birth certificate, proof of kinship issued by the police station or notarial certificate of kinship, etc.).

S2 sign:

For short-term family visits:

1. Invitation letter issued by the inviter;

2. A copy of the passport and residence certificate of the inviter (specifically, foreigners who stay in China for reasons such as work and study);

3. Proof of kinship between the applicant and the inviter (marriage certificate, birth certificate, proof of kinship issued by the police station or notarial certificate of kinship, etc.).

If it is a private matter, documentary evidence of the private matter must be provided at the request of a consular officer.

X1 sign:

1. The original and photocopy of the admission notice issued by the recruiting unit in China;

2. Original and photocopy of Visa Application Form for Foreign Students in China (Form JW201 or JW202).

X2 Sign:The original and photocopy of the admission notice issued by the recruiting unit in China.

Z sign:The original copy of the valid Notice of Work Permit for Foreigners or Work Permit for Foreigners, etc.
