What is Philippine OTL?

A: OTL in the Philippines is actually short for Order to leave, which we generally call a departure order. It is a compulsory departure notice (Order to Leave) issued by the Immigration Bureau. The nature of the departure order is similar to that of repatriation. Generally, OTL exit is basically blacklisted. If you want to enter the Philippines later, you need to remove the blacklist first and then apply for a visa to enter the country.
