According to Philippine media reports, on December 2, the Philippine Press Secretary's Office announced the launch of an online registration system for residents going to the Philippines and returning home, aiming to simplify the entry and data collection process.

It is reported that starting from December 2, the list of health statements of the Quarantine Bureau of the Ministry of Health can be accessed through the eTravel platform.

The eTravel platform will host an electronic version of the paper entry card, which passengers must submit when arriving in the Philippines to go through immigration formalities. Starting from December 5, 2022, the Immigration Bureau will stop using paper entry cards. All passengers must provide arrival information and health statements through the eTravel portal.
