Notice on Precautions for Travel by Air during the New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic (Updated on November 30, 2022)

Dear travelers:

1. Xiamen Airlines Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures

In accordance with the Civil Aviation Administration of China's "Technical Guidelines for Epidemic Prevention and Control of Transport Airlines (Ninth Edition)", Xiamen Airlines requires you to cooperate with relevant epidemic prevention and control measures, including but not limited:

1. Use infrared thermometer to check your body temperature during check-in and boarding;

2. You must choose masks that meet the requirements of epidemic prevention, such as medical surgical masks, KN95 or N95 masks. It is strictly prohibited to wear breathing valve masks. Wear masks throughout the process and do not expose your nose and mouth;

3. Please eat in time, division and batch according to the on-board broadcast instructions. Passengers with adjacent seats should avoid eating at the same time and wear masks immediately after eating;

4. If you have typical new crown symptoms such as fever (≧ 37.3 ℃), dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased smell (taste), diarrhea, etc., you will be persuaded to terminate the trip.

Xiamen Airlines will protect your personal information in accordance with the law. The body temperature and other health information collected in accordance with the relevant requirements of the national epidemic prevention and control are only used for the purpose of epidemic prevention and control. Without your authorization or national laws and regulations, it will not be provided to any third party other than the place of departure, stop, destination country and regional government, airport and its authorized institutions or individuals.

2. Requirements for Passengers Going to China to Apply for "Health Code"

In order to ensure the health and safety of international travel and reduce the risk of cross-border transmission of the epidemic, according to the notification requirements of the Chinese embassies in the relevant countries, Chinese and foreign passengers who take flights to China must apply for and obtain health codes on the basis of valid new coronavirus nucleic acid testing certificates and other materials. For specific testing requirements and "health code" application methods, please visit the Chinese embassies and consulates in relevant countries and Xiamen Airlines' official website for detailed investigation.

3. epidemic prevention requirements in all parts of the country

(I) According to the latest relevant requirements of the State Council's joint prevention and control mechanism for the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, from now on, all overseas personnel will adopt "5-day centralized isolation and 3-day home isolation". For specific isolation and transshipment requirements, please refer to the city prevention and control requirements at the port of entry.

(II) flying requires a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours (if you travel to the city where the destination is located, the nucleic acid certificate time is required to be less than 48 hours, please refer to the requirements of the local health Committee or CDC). Please make relevant preparations in advance to ensure smooth travel. 4. entry and exit related epidemic prevention requirements

Overseas countries and regions have successively issued relevant epidemic prevention regulations for inbound passengers, such as: personal information declaration through websites or APP in advance; Install and start epidemic prevention information tracking APP; Provide negative nucleic acid test certificate within the specified date when boarding the plane;

2. Entry requirements. After entering the country, centralized or home medical observation shall be carried out according to regulations.
