Material List

1: HD electronic file of the first page of the passports of both men and women.

(If both spouses are foreign nationals, from all over the world, they can apply for and receive a Philippine marriage certificate)

2: Spouse is a Filipino; provide 2 of the following proofs (Philippine passport, Philippine ID; birth certificate; driver's license; TIN card tax card; proof of ID within the validity period) in high-definition electronic file.

3: The "Philippine Marriage Certificate Application Form" can be picked up and filled out at any of our branches or sent to you by courier; the couple will sign and return to our branches.

Applicants who have filled out the "Philippine Marriage License Application Form", together with the "Required Documents", should send it to EasyGo Philippines, Inc. or courier it to EasyGo China in China.
