MR Philippines Overstay

Program Description

The MR Philippines is not a visa, but a procedure to impose a fine when a visa is overstayed. It only occurs in cases where the tourist is overstaying and there is no need to apply for it without overstaying. MR procedures are relatively expensive. So please renew your visa in time. Avoid the phenomenon of visa overstaying.

Note: The price of this program is only available for visitors who have overstayed for less than 6 months. Visitors who have overstayed for 6 months or more need to pay additional fees, such as extension fees, ECC clearance fees, etc.

 

Applicable groups

(1) Visitors who have overstayed their Philippine visa for more than 6 months.

(2) Visitors who have normally renewed their visa for more than 2 years will need to apply for MR fine, renewal fee, ECC, etc. before they can leave the country.

Note:

(1) For those who have applied for MR before, if you are returning to the Philippines, you need to increase the airport service in advance and inform us the total number of months overstayed and whether you are on the Philippine blacklist (if you do not know, we can conduct a blacklist search on your behalf) to avoid additional financial losses.

(2) If you have renewed your visa for more than 2 years, and you do not want to leave the Philippines, then we need to apply for a 9G work visa, the prerequisite for the 9G work visa is that you must first apply for MR, and only after you have done so can you apply for a work visa. In addition, if you want to apply for permanent residence, you must first process the MR before you can proceed with the subsequent business.

Application materials

1. Original passport of the applicant

2. Renewal extension document of previous visa renewal in the Philippines; and 9A visa paper for entry into the Philippines.

The following matters will be paid in advance by EasyGo and will be settled at the time of final payment:

Applicants: normal in-process extensions/ late and serious overdue cases/ ECC/ no cancellation of old company downgrade visa/ missing material cases, etc.

●● If regular minor fees are involved, no prior notice will be given; if more expensive fees are involved, such as tens of thousands of Filipino dollars or more, our company will notify you in advance and after your consent, the operation will be carried out.
