Application submission stage

Applicants who live or have domicile in the Philippines may submit directly to IPOPHLtrademark registrationApplicants who do not have a domicile in the Philippines need to apply for trademark registration through an agent.

Formal Review

If the trademark application does not meet the requirements of acceptance, IPOPHL will notify the applicant to modify, we suggest that the applicant must receive the notice within 1 month in accordance with the notice to modify, otherwise the trademark registration application will be canceled;

Substantive review
