Philippines Investment Immigration SIRV Process:

The first step: prepare the required documents;

Step 2: remit the sirv deposit to the special account of the Investment Immigration Department;

Step 3: When the Investment Immigration Department receives the bank's foreign remittance certificate, it will arrive in the Philippines for the first time to go through the formalities (for temporary investment visa);

Pre-processing process:

Follow-up visa process:

About 40 days later, the second time to the Philippines for permanent investment visa procedures;

The required time is about 5 working days (excluding national holidays and the government's announcement to stop working due to typhoons or rainstorms).

c. Obtaining a passport and investment residence card (the first validity period of the residence card is one year, and the subsequent validity period is three years).
