In order to further facilitate the exchanges of business personnel in the Asia-Pacific region, China has decided to accept the entry of foreign APEC business travel card virtual card holders from May 1, 2023.

As a transitional arrangement, before May 1, 2023, if APEC business travel card virtual card holders need to apply for a visa to China, China will provide convenience. For specific requirements, they can consult the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines.
