Philippine 9A Business Visa Entry Requirements

1. The validity period of the passport or travel document shall exceed at least six (6) months after the authorized date of stay in the Philippines;

2. Two (2) completed visa application forms with photos (double-sided);

3. The letter of introduction issued by the employer company in English or English translation, accompanied by the signature of the authorized personnel of the company and the company seal/seal;

4. An invitation letter from a Philippine company or event organizer, with a copy of the company's SEC, DTI registration or mayor's business license, as well as a copy of the signer's passport or any government-issued identity document. If the invitation is signed by a foreigner-please attach a copy of your passport and a valid copy of your Philippine visa. The invitation letter must indicate the time of stay in the Philippines

5. Confirmed return/renewal/ticket and its copy; and

6, visa fee 190.00 yuan

* Consular officials may request additional supporting documents, refuse visa applications, or refuse to issue visas in accordance with the current rules and regulations of the Philippine government. If the consular officer deems it necessary, the applicant may be required to visit the embassy for an interview.
