Application Materials for Philippine Academic Degree Certification

All countries are required to provide the following application materials. Please read the following application materials carefully. Some countries are also required to provide additional application materials. For details, see "5. Other Relevant Materials" below, and the prompt information in the certification application system shall prevail.

When applying online, you need to upload a color scan of the original application materials.

1, the need for certification of foreign diploma certificate

(1) Diploma in foreign studies that need to be certified are generally written in the official language of the host country. If you obtain a diploma in two languages, the diploma in the source language must be uploaded, and other languages can be uploaded selectively;

(2) If the front and back of the foreign academic degree certificate or higher education diploma that needs to be certified have written patterns, the front and back of the certificate should be provided at the same time;

(3) If the applicant is unable to provide the awarded diploma certificate, our center is unable to provide certification services in principle.

If the certificate is lost, the applicant is requested to apply to the issuing institution for a replacement certificate before submitting the certification application. If the issuing institution cannot reissue the certificate, it should provide a copy of the certificate or a degree award certificate issued by the institution (usually issued by the student registration department or educational administration department), and provide the "Statement on Failure to Submit Diploma Certificate" (download template, fill in and upload). Please note that such applicants are also required to submit complete transcripts during their studies.

Please note that "letters of certification" are often difficult to verify, so the evaluation time may exceed the normal certification cycle of diploma certificates, and may even fail the certification evaluation. There may be differences between the certification results obtained by submitting the application with a "certificate letter" and the certification results obtained by submitting the application with a diploma certificate. After the certification evaluation is completed, our center will no longer accept the review application for replacing the certification object.

2. Passports used during study abroad

Passports used during study abroad are used to judge the applicant's personal information, place of study, and time of study, and are important materials required for certification and evaluation. Applicants studying abroad should provide travel documents (including passports, travel permits, etc.) used during studying abroad. The contents to be scanned and uploaded include: home page (personal information page), visa page during study (electronic visa or residence card not on passport). If the certified diploma was issued 10 years ago, the applicant must also provide all the entry and exit stamps on the passport during the study abroad.

According to the requirements of various institutions in various countries, our center needs to obtain the written authorization of the certificate holder to verify the authenticity of the diploma certificate. The generic version of the Authorization Statement applies to most countries and institutions (also available for download in the application system). Applicants are requested to fill in the blank filling place in English or the language of the country of study abroad. The signature place must be signed by my own hand to ensure the validity of the verification. A few colleges and universities have special requirements for authorized content. 5. Other related materials

(1) Applicants whose study time in foreign certification institutions does not meet the requirements of the academic system must provide a complete transcript or research certificate during the study period;

(2) Applicants who have multi-country or multi-school study experience, or who have been awarded a third-country diploma certificate after studying in a second country, must submit a complete transcript during the study period and all entry and exit stamps of the country where they are studying during the study period;

(3) In order to accurately judge the applicant's professional field, it is recommended that the applicant submit a complete transcript during the study period;

(4) Due to the differences in the education systems of a few countries, applicants who have obtained a diploma in the Philippines must submit a transcript matching the certificate; if the school is a public university, a certification certificate from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines must be provided; if the school is a private university, a certification certificate from the Philippine Higher Education Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs must be provided.
