"Five Steps" for Studying Abroad Visa Processing"

The first step

Before going to the Philippines, you need to apply for a tourist visa at the Philippine Embassy in China (you need to provide the above materials such as my passport, ID card copy, photo, admission notice (NOA), etc.).

The handling time is generally three to five days, and the stay after handling is generally 30 to 59 days, valid for three months. What needs to be explained here is that the Philippine embassy and consulate in China now require students to go to the embassy and consulate for face-to-face visa.

Step 2

After getting a Philippine tourist visa, you can buy a plane ticket to fly to the Philippines. Upon arrival in the Philippines, you should contact your school in time and conduct a physical examination in accordance with the school's requirements and guidelines.

After passing the physical examination, the physical examination department will issue you a relevant physical examination report. While waiting for the results of the medical examination, you can go to the Philippine National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to obtain a crime-free certificate.

With the medical examination report, go to the Philippine Inspection and Quarantine Bureau for relevant certificates. The quarantine department will stamp your passport after verifying your medical examination report.

Step 4

After having the medical examination report and inspection and quarantine certificate, and completing the stamp of your passport by the Philippine quarantine department, go to the school to fill in the relevant forms and prepare the relevant materials as required. The personnel designated by the school and who have been filed with the Philippine Immigration Bureau shall submit the application for studying abroad visa to the Philippine Immigration Bureau;

Step 5

The Philippine Immigration Bureau issues a study visa.

After the visa is successfully processed, the Immigration Bureau will affix the study visa on the tourist visa paper and issue the ACR-I Card. The full name of the ACR-I Card is: "ACR-I,Alien Certificate for Registration Identity Card" (Alien Identity Registration Card).

The processing time for a transfer visa is generally one month, and the ICARD time takes about two months or more.
