Cheng Moumou went to the Philippine prison to help Chinese citizens smuggle to the Philippines!

According to Philippine media reports, on December 16, the Philippine Immigration Bureau (BI) arrested a Chinese citizen who was suspected of being a Mafia member and had smuggled his compatriots to the Philippines.

Immigration Commissioner Norman Tansinko (Norman Tansingco) identified the arrested person as Cheng Moumou, 38. He was arrested on 13 December by Philippine Fugitive Search Team (FSU) personnel.

Cheng was accused of participating in a number of torture incidents by illegal online game companies, which were recorded on video. He was previously arrested by the Philippine National Police in Alabang, Montinlupa on December 7, but was released on bail six days later.

When they found out that Cheng was released, they immediately launched an operation and arrested him again on the grounds of violating immigration laws, Tansinko said.

Some people even know that Cheng received cosmetic surgery in order to avoid the authorities. A weapon and fake ID were also found on him.

Cheng has been detained at the BI prison in Bicutan, Dayi City, awaiting deportation.
