Many small partners living in the Philippines are confused about many immigration-related businesses here, including the EMIGRATION CLEARANCE CETIFICATE, the immigration exit list, or ecc (as shown in the figure below). Let's briefly say that the ECC list is mainly the exit list that needs to be applied to the immigration department after staying in the Philippines for more than a certain period of time or various long-term visas (most commonly work visas) are reduced, it is explained that there are no other remaining problems (restrictions on departure caused by litigation, etc.) in the Philippines before. 1. What circumstances need to handle ECC

(1) Staying in the Philippines with a tourist visa for more than six consecutive months (that is, not leaving the country for more than half a year after entering the country)

(2) Hold a long-term visa such as a work visa and sign in for travel and have the need to leave the country (this is not subject to half a year's restriction, ECC is required as long as the visa is reduced to leave the country)

(3) Other circumstances required by the Immigration Department to handle ECC before departure

2. Materials to be prepared

(1) the original passport,(2) the original visa paper or various visa reductions,(3) 4 photos of 2X2 inch white background documents,(4) in most cases I have to go to the immigration bureau

3. Dress code

This requirement also applies to all situations that need to go to the Immigration Bureau or other government agencies to handle business. It is forbidden to wear sleeveless tops, shorts, skirts, slippers (T-shirts and trousers, sports shoes or sandals are recommended)
