How to book Hainan Airlines services for unaccompanied children?

The number of unaccompanied children passengers is limited. Please apply for the "Unaccompanied Children" service in time when booking tickets and fill in the "Special Passenger Service Requirements Form Class B" (please click here to view). If you do not apply for unaccompanied service at the time of purchase, you can apply for unaccompanied service at the airport check-in counter after arriving at the airport and at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the flight. In order to ensure the smooth flight of your child, it is recommended that you take your child to check in 2 hours in advance and leave the airport after the plane takes off.

What information do unaccompanied children need to bring when registering?

Your child needs to hold valid identity documents, travel documents, etc., including passport (or identity card, account book), air ticket, unaccompanied child service form and other information.

What is the service process for unaccompanied children on Hainan Airlines?

1. We will provide children with a "little traveler" document hanging bag, which can help children keep all travel documents, boarding passes and other items.

2. We will have special service personnel to assist you in check-in, customs, security check and luggage check-in procedures, responsible for accompanying your children to wait for the plane and keeping relevant documents and vouchers.
