Since April 1, 2022, fully vaccinated passport holders from visa-free countries, Hong Kong and Macao SAR passport holders (stay not exceeding 14 days), diplomatic and official/service passport holders who have signed visa-free agreements, and holders of valid visas shall be allowed to enter the Philippines, provided that:
(1) Whether the passport holder is valid for at least six (6) months upon arrival;
(2) There is a return or exit air ticket to and from the country of origin or the next country of destination;
(3) Have any of the following COVID-19 vaccination certificates approved by the existing IATF:
(I) World Health Organization International Vaccination and Prevention Certificate;
(ii) VaxCertPH;
(iii) National/State digital certificates of foreign governments that accept VaxCertPH under reciprocal arrangements (unless otherwise permitted by IATF);
(4) Update: Foreigners aged 18 and above who have received primary series COVID-19 vaccine and at least one (1) COVID-19 booster injection, foreigners aged 12 to 17 who have been fully vaccinated with primary series COVID-19 vaccine; and Foreigners under 12 years old, regardless of vaccination status, accompanied by parents/guardians who have received complete primary series and one booster injection, no longer need to undergo RT-PCR/ART testing before departure. Persons who do not fall into any of the above categories should show that a reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test performed within 48 hours (48 hours) before departure or a laboratory antigen/ART test performed within 24 hours before departure is negative from the country of origin
(5) The OneHealthPass Health Declaration Form has been completed.
Before departure
1. Three days before departure, register through the OneHealthPass (OHP) online registration platform of the Quarantine Bureau. Save your transaction number. The transaction number will also be sent through your registered email address.
(1) Save your transaction number (this is also sent to your email address)
(2) For passengers who do not have an address in the Philippines, you can fill in your company address or the address you will stay after the quarantine period in the "permanent residence" field.
(3) Every traveler, including children, should have an OHP registration.
2. Travelers who have not been vaccinated with BOOSTER vaccine must obtain and submit negative pre-departure RT-PCR tests within 48 hours after travel, or submit negative laboratory management antigen/ART tests from MOH approved suppliers within 24 hours after travel. According to the current regulations, foreigners who have tested positive for RT-PCR or ART before departure (whether fully recovered or newly infected) will not be allowed to enter the Philippines.
3. Update your OneHealthPass/OHP registration (seat number, health statement, RT-PCR test results and other details) on the day of your departure. Enter your transaction number and last name. Save or print the generated QR code. OHP QR code will also be sent through your registered email address.
4. Prepare to print your digital vaccination certificate from notarise.gov.sg, with two-dimensional code) and OneHealthPass two-dimensional code.
On board:Fill in the entry card and customs declaration provided by the flight attendant.
Upon arrival
1. Go to the one-stop shop waiting area for a briefing on health and safety agreements.
2. Show your OHP QR code at the DOT help desk.
3. Go to the immigration office for immigration formalities, and then go to the baggage claim office and customs inspection.
4. Take approved or arranged transportation services (non-OFW and foreign airport taxis).
7-day self-monitoring
Fully vaccinated travelers no longer need to be quarantined, but need to self-monitor any COVID-19 signs and symptoms within 7 days.
Any signs or symptoms must be reported to the local government department of the destination.
Once in the country, fully vaccinated foreign nationals are no longer required to comply with mandatory facility quarantine, but should self-monitor any COVID-19 signs and symptoms for seven (7) days, of which the first day is the date of arrival in the Philippines. If they develop any symptoms, they must report to the local government department (LGU) of their destination.
Those who fail to fully meet the prescribed conditions will be refused entry and should be subject to appropriate exclusion procedures.
