The Philippines has a record low of 676 new crown cases in a single day since 6/28

The Philippine Ministry of Health reported on Tuesday that the country reported 676 new cases of new coronary pneumonia on a single day, the lowest since June 28, when it recorded 576 new cases in a single day.

This development also reduced the number of active cases in the country to 19,340, while the cumulative number of confirmed cases came to 4,005,157, the number of recovered cases came to 3,921,708, and the death toll came to 64,109.

The capital region has recorded the highest number of new crown cases in the past two weeks, with a total of 4,817 people infected, followed by 2,977 cases in Calabason and 1,736 cases in Central Luzon.

On Sunday, a total of 7 or 615 people were tested for new crowns, with 301 testing agencies submitting reports.

The utilization rate of new crown beds nationwide remained at 23.7%, of which 6,739 beds were in use and 21,680 beds were vacant.
