Notice of "Chinese Consul" APP on Change of Bank Payment Method for Passport/Travel Permit

According to the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines, starting from July 6, 2022, in order to optimize the process and efficiency of the embassy's accreditation, the "Chinese Consul" APP has changed its passport/travel permit bank payment method from "Cash Deposit" to "Bills Payment.

According to the processing process, the applicant will enter the "fee payment" link after the order status on the APP is changed to "pending certificate" (as shown above). Please pay in cash at the counter of the nearest National Bank of the Philippines (PNB, Philippine). Please note that you must fill in the payment form (PAYMENT SLIP) when paying the fee. The completion requirements are as follows:
COMPANY NAME:Embassy of the People's Republic of China
REFERENCE NO.: Please fill in the order number of 18 digits and letters generated by the Chinese Consul APP

PAYOR'S NAME: Please fill in the Chinese and English names on the applicant's passport.
Fees: 950 pesos for passport/travel permit (excluding the corresponding handling fee required by the bank for the applicant)

In order to avoid affecting the progress of document processing, please read the following warm tips carefully:

1. The embassy only accepts "Bills Payment" in cash to pay passport/travel permit fees, and does not accept "Cash Deposit", bank transfer, cheque payment, online payment, etc.

2, if there are multiple applicants, each order should be filled in a separate "payment slip" for payment, do not merge payment.

3. Please keep the original payment voucher properly and mail it to the embassy along with the accreditation materials. Please do not send cash to the embassy.

4. Please be accurate in the payment amount. Do not pay more or less, otherwise our library will return the goods.
