Xiamen Airlines will adjust the external sales prices of economy class and business class for Manila-Xiamen MF820 flights on and after December 10 to control the full fare of economy class within 20,000 yuan and the full fare of business class within 28,000 yuan.

Since the epidemic, under the guidance of the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines (hereinafter referred to as the "Embassy"), Xiamen Airlines has overcome many difficulties, always adhered to the strictest epidemic prevention measures, and tried its best to protect the travel health of tourists and friends, and to avoid the Philippines to the greatest extent. The fusing of the flight to China has built a bridge for material transportation and personnel exchanges between China and the Philippines.

In response to the "Notice on Rectification of the Operation and Management of Airlines to China" issued by the Embassy on November 24, our company attaches great importance to it. According to the actual situation of Xiamen Airlines, we have made the following adjustments to the operation and management of Manila-Xiamen routes:

1. Adjustment of Air Ticket Price and Inspection and Quarantine Hotel Expenses

(I) Lowers Return Ticket Prices

In order to reduce the cost of returning home for passengers and friends, Xiamen Airlines will adjust the external sales prices of economy class and business class for Manila-Xiamen MF820 flights on and after December 10 to control the full fare of economy class to within 20,000 yuan and the full fare of business class to within 28,000 yuan.

How to dispose of tickets for flights issued before November 23, 2021 and after December 10: Please call Xiamen Airlines Customer Service Center to apply for ticket replacement before the scheduled departure time of the flight, and Xiamen Airlines will refund the difference between the paid-in tickets. If the seat is not canceled before the scheduled departure time of the flight, or the refund has been processed before November 23, 2021, it must be processed according to the original ticket fare rules and conditions of use, and no refund will be made.

(II) Lower Test and Isolation Hotel Expenses

After multi-party coordination, the inspection cost of Manila-Xiamen route will be reduced from 19000 Bissau to 18200 Bissau from December 10. The cost of isolated hotels will be reduced from 8400 Bissau to 8200 Bissau from December 10, saving you a total of 1000 Bissau.

2. Supervision of Ticket Sales Channels

4. Guidelines on Application for Nucleic Acid Codes

Xiamen Airlines has already explained in detail how to apply for nucleic acid codes through the health code applet in the WeChat group that notified passengers to test. It is suggested that tourists and friends prepare all the materials and upload them for review according to the requirements, so as to avoid making up the materials and delay your time.

5.'s Reform Plan for Positive Passengers

At present, Xiamen Airlines, in combination with the latest travel requirements to China announced by the embassy on September 11, implements a free ticket refund policy for two rounds of positive passengers before the flight takes off and passengers who are in close contact with the positive passengers.
