1. In order to improve the processing of Romanian visa applications, the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has established and implemented a new electronic visa service (E-VISA), which allows foreign citizens to fill in visa documents online.

To this end, since April 17, 2014, foreign citizens who want to apply for an entry visa to Romania can visit the portal: http://evisa.mae.ro and take the necessary steps to complete the visa documents and send them to the Consular Section of the Romanian Embassy in China.

3. At the same time, the applicant can apply electronically through the E-VISA, and the applicant can make an appointment to submit the original visa.

4. By logging in the system, filling in relevant information online and uploading relevant documents, the applicant will make the relevant application be reviewed by the embassy in China in advance to ensure that the application materials can be accepted quickly after being formally sent to the embassy.
