According to the Megayan Police Department, a handcuffed and bound Chinese man jumped from the third floor of the foundry. The man was found by the division's security chief and taken to the police station.

The Megayan Police Department was informed that the man had been abducted and that there were other abducted victims in the foundry.

According to the report, the Megayan Police Department and the Philippine National Police's anti-kidnapping team conducted follow-up operations, rescued two other kidnapped Chinese victims and arrested two Chinese suspects in the foundry.

It is reported that when the Philippine police found the victim, both of them were blindfolded and their hands and feet were tied. The victim had worked for an online bookmaker and suffered serious physical injuries. The investigation is still ongoing.
