From November 1 onwards, entry and exit personnel do not need to fill in health declaration cards!

According to the relevant provisions of the the People's Republic of China frontier health and Quarantine Law and its implementation rules, the General Administration of customs has decided that from 0:00 on November 1, 2023, entry and exit personnel shall be exempted from filling in the the People's Republic of China exit/entry health declaration card, but there are symptoms of infectious diseases such as fever, cough, dyspnea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, subcutaneous hemorrhage of unknown origin, or entry and exit personnel who have been diagnosed with infectious diseases shall take the initiative to declare to the customs, and cooperate with the customs to do a good job of body temperature testing, epidemiological investigation, medical investigation, sampling and testing and other health and quarantine work. If there is any concealment or evasion of quarantine inspection, it will bear corresponding legal responsibility; if it causes the spread of quarantinable infectious diseases or is in serious danger of spread, it will bear corresponding criminal responsibility.
