Sudden! 11 Chinese arrested, 27 million missing, 44 Philippine police removed!

According to reports, in the raid, 11 Chinese and 1 Filipino were arrested, several Chinese were rescued, and 4.6 million pesos in cash were confiscated. The National Capital Territory Police of the Philippines said the service of the search warrant involved irregularities, with the arrested Chinese claiming that 27 million pesos hidden in a vault were missing.
Lt. Col. Eunice Salas, a spokesman for the National Police, said 44 officers were under pre-charge investigation for alleged "procedural errors" and faced charges of serious misconduct in the performance of their duties.
Colonel Noel Fermin, head of the regional investigation and detection management department of the Philippine National Police, recommended that all police officers involved in the September incident be charged with serious negligence, serious irregularities in the performance of their duties and inconsistent police conduct.
Fermin also recommended that charges be brought against 25 other police officers from the SPD Women's Affairs Section, the Tactical Motorcycle Riding Section, the Special Weapons and Tactics Section and the Tambo Branch of the Paranaac City Police Department.

According to Philippine media, on September 16, members of the Southern Philippine Police District arrested 10 Chinese citizens and 1 Filipino in Paranake City, allegedly on suspicion of human trafficking and illegal possession of guns.

According to the report, members of the regional special operations team launched an operation at about 5 a.m. that day and rescued seven victims detained in Unit 1811, 18th floor, Park Suite, SoleMare, Balan Yujie City, at about 3 p.m. that day.

The arrested suspects were identified as Lin, 32; Wei, 30; Liu; Hong; Lu; Zhang, 25; Peng, 27; Deng, 30; Cai, 34; Chu, 42; Arlene Lapurga Geron, 48.

Another Chinese man, Xiao, is said to be on the run.

It is reported that the action stems from the Paranaque Regional Trial Court (RTC) Executive Judge Jaime Guray (Jaime Guray) for violations of the Republic Act "integrated management of firearms and ammunition" issued a search warrant.

During the operation, Philippine police confiscated a "dessert storm" 0.45-caliber pistol with a magazine containing 5 live ammunition. A low hand-in-hand gun belt, colored desert camouflage; A Rock Island Armory 0.45 caliber pistol with 3 magazines and 16 rounds of live ammunition; A black rifle bag, two M16 rifle black magazines, and 50 rounds of M16 live ammunition.

Philippine police also seized two white digital counting machines, two gray MacBook, a black envelope, a black bag with foreign marks containing articles of different genders, a box containing 13 bracelets, three black radios, a charger, 4600 genuine P1000 banknotes worth P460000000, 20 Philippine peso banknotes of different denominations, 270 different foreign currencies and a purple iPhone 14 ProMax.

It is reported that the suspect was immediately taken to the southern police district office after his arrest.

Lin and Xiao will face charges for violating Republic Act 10591 and Republic Act 9208. The other suspects arrested in the operation will face human trafficking charges.
