Philippine Consulates and Embassies in China Mid-Autumn Festival National Day Holiday Notice

The Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday notice came out in 2023. This year we bid farewell to the era of masks, celebrate the whole world, have a happy eight-day holiday and spend a good time with our families. I wish everyone a happy Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day.

The following are the holiday notices for various consulates and embassies in the Philippines:

Philippine Consulate General in Xiamen holiday notice:

The Philippine Consulate General in Xiamen will be closed during the following Chinese holidays:

September 29, 2023 (Mid-Autumn Festival)

October 2-4, 2023 (National Day)

Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing holiday notice:

Due to the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, the Philippine Consulate General in Chongqing will be closed from September 29, 2023 to October 8, 2023.

The Consulate General will resume normal operations on Monday, 9 October 2023.

Philippine Consulate General in Shanghai Holiday Notice

Please let the public know that according to the arrangements for the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, the Consulate General will be closed from September 29 to October 08.

For urgent matters involving Filipino citizens, please call our emergency telephone number:( 86)139-17477112 or contact <shanghaipcg@dfa.govph> by mail.

We will be on holiday from September 29 to October 8. In this regard, we will no longer have no email submitted on September 29 and September 28. Visas submitted on September 27 will be issued on October 10. Please be sure to submit the materials before September 22 so that you can get your visa at 4 pm on September 27. Thank you!

According to the arrangement of the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays, the embassy in the Philippines will suspend its consular document service from September 29 (Friday) to October (Wednesday).
