Is the process of submitting Slovak visa materials the same in different territorial areas?

To apply for a visa, each country has its own requirements, which need to be met by the applicant. For Slovakia, when applying for a visa, the embassy will require the applicant to prepare relevant materials and submit them to the embassy. However, unlike most countries, when applying for a Slovak visa, applicants are not allowed to submit materials at will, but to apply in designated cities according to the area.

Slovakia has set up visa centers and embassies in China, including two embassies and three visa centers in the following cities:

Visa Center: Guangzhou, Shenyang, Chengdu

For a total of five cities that can submit materials, applicants need to submit materials according to their registered permanent residence and the consular area to which their permanent residence belongs.
