If the passport and other materials are damaged, the embassy will not be responsible.

If the applicant does not have time to collect the visa within the normal working days of the embassy, or can choose to entrust others to help collect it, he/she needs the applicant's valid certificate (original) and copy of the power of attorney. he/she can write one copy by himself/herself. he/she must write down the reason and entrust so-and-so to collect it for me, and then sign it.
