What conditions need to be met to apply for the Singapore Investment Immigration GIP Scheme

Investors applying for permanent resident rights through GIP need to meet the following conditions:

Invest at least S $2.5 million locally in Singapore: Investors must invest at least S $2.5 million in Singapore's start-ups, expanding companies or a GIP fund.

Open a family office with an asset management scale of at least S $0.2 billion locally: in addition to investing in enterprises, investors can also open a family office locally, and their asset management scale must reach at least S $0.2 billion.

Have at least three years of entrepreneurial or business background: Applicants must have at least three years of entrepreneurial or business background.

Operating an enterprise with an annual turnover of at least S $0.2 billion: In the year before applying for permanent residence rights, the applicant must operate an enterprise with an annual turnover of at least S $0.2 billion.

It should be noted that the above conditions are basic requirements, but it does not guarantee that all eligible applicants can successfully obtain permanent resident rights. Applicants also need to show their contribution and willingness to Singapore in other areas, such as living in Singapore and contributing to the local community.
