Answer: According to Article 4 of the "the People's Republic of China Nationality Law": Both or one of the parents is a Chinese citizen. I was born in China and have Chinese nationality. If you want your child to become a Filipino citizen, you can take the birth certificate born in China to the notary office for notarization, then translate it into Chinese and English versions, and finally take the passport of the foreign spouse, the valid Chinese visa, the DNA appraisal report, and the personal identity of the Chinese spouse to the Philippine embassy or consulate in China to fill in the documents and apply for naturalization.
