9a-1 business visa is generally used for tourists who are on business trips, engaged in investment, trade, conferences, exhibitions and other business reasons. And the business visa can travel between China and the Philippines many times.

The 9a-2 tourist visa is generally aimed at tourists traveling abroad and can only be used as a pass to stay in the Philippines during the tour. It cannot be used for work, business and other activities unrelated to tourism. And cannot enter and exit multiple times.
