9 A Business Visa Entry Requirements for Foreign Journalists/Journalists to Visit Philippines

1. The validity period of the passport or travel document shall exceed at least six (6) months after the authorized date of stay in the Philippines;

2. Two (2) completed visa application forms with photos (double-sided);

3. Resumes of journalists/journalists;

4. Candidate list for work credits;

5. A copy of a (1) sample article written by a journalist/reporter;

6. Background of media organization, including target market/audience, circulation and form;

7. Memorization of the institutions they represent;

8. Certificates from their respective embassies in the Philippines;

9, visa fee 190.00 yuan;

10. Administrative arrangements for working in the Philippines:

• List of members of the press corps, nationality and passport details;

• Philippine contact

• the planned itinerary and activities, and the storyline of any film to be produced;

• A list of the equipment to be carried by each team member, as well as a certificate from the media organization, proving that the equipment will be re-exported at the end of the trip to the Philippines;

• flight particulars (arrival and departure); and

• For each team member, three (3) 2 "x 2" color photos with white background should be submitted to the International Press Center (IPQ) after arrival in Manila to obtain an authentication card.

Note:

Upon arrival in the Philippines, foreign journalists/journalists must go to the office of the International Information Center for entry.
