The annual annual examination of foreign personnel in the Philippines is here again! No matter which country you are from, as long as you hold a long-term Philippine visa, you need to have an annual examination in the Philippines.

The deadline for reporting for the year 2023 is March 1. The Immigration Bureau reminds foreigners in the Philippines to report on schedule. If they are not in the Philippines before March 1, they can still submit the report within 30 days after returning to the Philippines, provided that the visa is valid when they re-enter the country.

If you fail to report on time, you will face fines, visa cancellation, deportation or imprisonment!

So which visa holders need to make annual reports?

Amnesty visa eo324 /13A /13b /13c /9C/9G worker visa/47F/asrv, etc. all need to be reported annually.

Reminder: Retirement Visa SRRV, Investment Immigration Visa sirv and CEZA do not require perennial reports. There is no need for perennial reports for tourist visas.
