1. Legal person enterprises registered in our district according to law (with a registered capital of 500,000 yuan or more) may apply to invite foreigners who have substantial business with their own units to sign into the country as business;

2. Enterprises with insufficient registered capital must issue contracts or commitments for enterprises qualified to apply for the project, and enterprises without export rights must issue cooperation contracts with enterprises with export rights.

3. handling procedures

According to the purpose of foreign businessmen coming to China, the enterprise will send the application materials to the business consulting office of the Department of Commerce of the autonomous region for processing, and then submit the application materials to the Foreign Affairs Office of the Department for issuing the invitation letter after being examined by each business office. After the invitation is approved by the epidemic prevention command department where the enterprise is located, submit a paper application to the Foreign Affairs Department.

Do a good job in optimizing the approval process for foreign invitations, examine and approve visa invitations for foreigners from the region to China within the scope of authorization, and complete the review, approval and decision within 5 working days after acceptance.

1. The above materials are all copied and submitted on A4 paper. If the materials are not clear or complete, the application will be deemed invalid.

2.  According to the actual situation, the enterprise may be temporarily notified to submit relevant supplementary materials or require the enterprise to explain the reasons.

3. Each applicant enterprise shall designate a special person to handle the invitation letter business and shall not replace it at will. Our office will not return or exchange the application materials that do not meet the requirements.
