The latest Philippine entry policy: Philippine entry is completely free of quarantine

Recently, the Philippine government announced further relaxation of epidemic prevention testing and quarantine regulations for inbound passengers in the Philippines. Since the Philippines reopened its tourism industry this year, more than 2 million tourists have arrived in the Philippines. With the gradual relaxation of policies, the Philippines is looking forward to welcoming more tourists.

The President of the Philippines approved the relaxation of entry policy requirements. The latest entry policy is as follows:

01. Those who have been vaccinated against the new crown:

Inbound passengers who have been fully vaccinated against the new crown, whether Filipino or foreign, no longer need to produce a negative certificate of pre-departure nucleic acid test upon arrival. Passengers who have completed two doses of the new crown vaccine 14 days before the departure from the country of origin (only one dose of AstraZeneca vaccine is required) are considered complete. Proof of vaccine when entering the country, no nucleic acid testing is required, and entry is free of quarantine.

02, not fully vaccinated with the new crown vaccine:

(1) Filipino citizens and foreign citizens aged 15 years or above shall present the negative antigen test certificate within 24 hours before departure. The antigen test shall be carried out by the compliant medical staff of the originating domestic professional medical institution.

(2) If the above-mentioned negative antigen test certificate cannot be produced, the antigen test shall be carried out by the professional medical personnel of the compliant medical institution upon arrival at the Philippine airport.

(3) Minors under the age of 15 who are accompanying them should comply with the isolation regulations of their parents/guardians if they are not vaccinated.

(4) Minors under the age of 15 who are not accompanied by a guardian shall comply with the provisions of (1) and (2) above if they are not vaccinated.
