How to handle Philippine student visa 9F? What materials do you need?

Materials to be Submitted for Student Visa

1) Applicant's letter of request

2) Immigration Bureau BI Comprehensive Comprehensive Application Form (CGAF)

3) The school issued a certificate of reading this semester.

4) The recognition and credibility of the registrar of the school registration department (admission notice)

5) The original medical examination certificate issued by the Quarantine Bureau (the stamp on the passport after the medical examination in the Philippines) The medical examination report (including laboratory and X-ray results)

6) Original passport (valid for more than 6 months), including at least two (2) months valid tourist visa

7) Copy of front and back of school ID

8) Copy of School Payment Document

9) Notarization and certification of degree certificates;

10) Notarization and certification of transcripts;

11) No criminal record notarization, certification; NBI police no criminal record certificate (photocopy)

Required time: normal 2-3 months; Urgent for about 3 weeks.

Handling results:

1. The Immigration Bureau imposes a visa stamp on the passport;

2. Students receive ICARD (Temporary Identity Card).
