(I), for close contacts, the management measure of "7-day centralized isolation and 3-day home health monitoring" will be adjusted to "5-day centralized isolation and 3-day home isolation", during which code management will be assigned and no going out will be allowed. On the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th days of centralized isolation medical observation, nucleic acid detection was carried out once, and on the 1st and 3rd days of home isolation medical observation, nucleic acid detection was carried out once.

In (VI) areas where there is no epidemic, nucleic acid testing shall be carried out on risk posts and key personnel in strict accordance with the scope determined by the ninth edition of the prevention and control plan, and the scope of nucleic acid testing shall not be expanded. Generally, all-staff nucleic acid testing is not carried out according to administrative regions, but only when the source of infection and transmission chain are unclear, and the spread time in the community is long. Formulate specific implementation methods for standardizing nucleic acid testing, reiterate and refine relevant requirements, and correct unscientific practices such as "two inspections a day" and "three inspections a day.

(VII) cancel the fusing mechanism of inbound flights and adjust the two negative nucleic acid tests within 48 hours before boarding to one negative nucleic acid test within 48 hours before boarding.

After the entry person has completed quarantine at the first point of entry, the destination shall not be quarantined repeatedly. On the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th days of centralized isolation medical observation, nucleic acid detection was carried out once, and on the 1st and 3rd days of home isolation medical observation, nucleic acid detection was carried out once.

(xi) Strengthening the construction of medical resources. Formulate hierarchical and classified diagnosis and treatment plans, admission standards for infected persons with different clinical severity, epidemic situations in various medical institutions and infection disposal plans for medical personnel, and do a good job in the training of all medical personnel. Prepare for inpatient and critical beds and increase resources for treatment.

(xii) Orderly promotion of new coronavirus vaccination. Formulate plans to accelerate the promotion of vaccination, and accelerate the increase of vaccination coverage, especially for the elderly. If the Ct value of nucleic acid detection is ≥ 35, it is generally a previous infection.
