Conditions of entry

Vaccination status

A. Complete vaccination

• Carry/have any acceptable vaccination certificate:

• World Health Organization International Certificate in Vaccines and Prevention;

• VaxCertPH;

• National/state manuals or digital certificates of foreign governments;

• Other vaccination certificates;

B. Non-vaccination, partial vaccination, or failure to verify vaccine status

1, fifteen (15) years of age or above:

Provide remote supervision or rapid antigen negative tests based on laboratory, managed and certified by healthcare professionals in medical institutions.

A stopover is not included within 24 hours before departure from the country of origin/first port of departure, unless the passenger has not left the airport or is not allowed to enter the transit country.

2. For fifteen (15) years of age or above, failure to provide antigen-negative reports according to Item 1:

After reaching the airport, a laboratory-based rapid antigen negative test is performed and certified by a medical institution, laboratory, clinic, pharmacy or any other medical care professional similar to the institution.

3. For accompanying minors under the age of 15 who have not been vaccinated:

Follow the quarantine process of parents or accompanying adults/guardians

4. For unaccompanied minors under the age of 15 who have not been vaccinated:

Guided by the protocols under items 1 and 2

Additional requirements for foreigners

1. The passport is valid for at least 6 months or more;

2. Valid visa;

3. Temporary Visitor: A valid round trip ticket to and from the port of origin or the next port of destination corresponding to the allowable stay time.

Entry exemption:

Foreign spouses/children traveling with Filipino citizens, and former Filipino citizens enjoying Balikbayan privileges under Republic Law 9174, including spouses/children traveling with them.

Instructions for Entry:

1. Any inbound passenger, whether Filipino or foreigner, who is positive for the new coronary pneumonia virus through the rapid antigen test, shall be implemented in accordance with the latest popular quarantine and isolation program of the Ministry of Health;

2. "Full vaccination" means that if the second dose of the two-dose series of new coronary pneumonia vaccine is vaccinated 14 days before the departure country/port of shipment, it is considered "full vaccination".
