Latest Philippine Entry Policy (9.8 Update)

1. basic requirements

1. All passengers should apply for a Philippine health code before checking in. The website is https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/

2. Passengers should have RT-PCR nucleic acid tests sampled within 48 hours before the flight plan or Antigen antigen tests negative paper reports sampled within 24 hours (English version). The following passengers can be exempted:

(1) Adults over 18 years of age, passengers have been vaccinated with new crown vaccine booster needles (no vaccination days requirement);

(2)12 years old (inclusive)-18 years old (exclusive), fully vaccinated with the new crown vaccine for 14 days;

(3) Children under 12 years of age, whether vaccinated or not, are subject to parental policy. If the parents are exempted from testing, the child is exempted, and vice versa.

3. Minors under the age of 18 cannot take the opportunity alone without the approval of the Philippine Social Welfare Development Agency DSWD.

4, in addition to Filipino, foreign children under the age of 12, other travelers to the Philippines, should be fully vaccinated with the new crown vaccine for 14 days and hold the Philippine approved vaccine certificate.

(II) Philippine Approved Vaccine Proof

1. International certificate of vaccination and preventive measures (certificate of small yellow vaccine issued according to WHO standards);

2. Philippine Vaxcertph Electronic Vaccine Certificate;

3. Handwritten or electronic vaccine certificates issued by governments (e. g. China's international travel health certificate):

4. Other Philippine governments have issued approved vaccine certificates.

3. Allow Entry Personnel and Restrictions

(I) Filipino Tourists

1, fully vaccinated with the new crown vaccine for 14 days, and with a valid certificate of passengers after entry without quarantine;

2. Passengers who have not been vaccinated, partially vaccinated, or whose vaccine has been proved to be not recognized shall be quarantined for 5 nights at the hotel certified by the Philippine epidemic prevention department and tested for nucleic acid after entering the country;

3. Children under 12 years old, whether vaccinated or not, refer to the requirements of peer adult testing and isolation;

4. Filipino citizens aged 12 (inclusive) to 18 (exclusive) who have not been fully vaccinated against the new crown should be quarantined and tested by their guardians.

(II) tourists of non-Philippine nationality

(3) Visitors to the Philippines should have orders for hotels and air tickets within the Philippines; Visitors should have immigration procedures and relationship certificates for relatives; Business travelers should have invitations and business permits from the reception unit. Passengers should be familiar with the inbound destination, docking personnel information, stay period and outbound flight information, etc. to avoid repatriation due to poor communication. Passengers whose materials are forged, conflicting or unrelated and cannot enter the country by themselves may be refused flight or entry.
