01. Philippines
From February 10, only foreigners from 157 countries listed in the executive order and fully vaccinated can enter the Philippines visa free! There are also three types of visas to enter the Philippines:
Requirements for foreigners from visa free countries to enter the Philippines
1. Former Philippine citizens with Balikpapan privileges, including their spouses and children, travel to the Philippines without restrictions; Stay is allowed for no more than 30 days;
2. Children under the age of 12 need to enter the country accompanied by parents who have been fully vaccinated;
3. International Vaccine certificate;
4. The negative nucleic acid report 48 hours before departure shall be presented. Passengers cannot leave the airport or enter the transit country;
5. Prepare return tickets;
6. The passport is valid for at least 6 months upon entry;
7. Purchase travel insurance in advance, with a minimum insured amount of USD 35000;
8. From the first day of entering the Philippines, it takes 7 days to be isolated at home.
Foreign children accompany Philippine nationals:
1. Foreign children under the age of 12 who have not been vaccinated should follow the same health and isolation agreement as adults when traveling to the Philippines accompanied by Philippine parents;
2. Foreign children aged 12-17 who travel to the Philippines accompanied by their Filipino parents should follow the health and isolation requirements according to their vaccination status;
3. Foreign or Filipino parents should accompany their unvaccinated children during facility isolation.
Foreigners entering the Philippines with 9A visa:
Holders of passports not from the above 157 countries that have been published should first apply for the invitation letter and meet the following requirements:

The requirements for entering the Philippines with other existing valid visas other than 9A visa are as follows:
1. Complete vaccination;
2. International Vaccine certificate;

4. Individuals who are not fully vaccinated should be refused entry;
5. Foreigners who have been fully vaccinated must accept the following requirements if they fail to provide an acceptable vaccination certificate:
a. Mandatory isolation until the nucleic acid negative result comes out on the 5th day;
b. Home isolation until the 14th day (from the date of arrival).
02. Singapore
Since mid August last year, Singapore has allowed Hong Kong passengers to enter Singapore without quarantine inspection. Passengers staying for a short time need to apply for an air travel pass before entering Singapore.
In Singapore, it is mandatory for inbound passengers to take out global travel insurance: the minimum insured amount is S $30000, which is used for the medical and hospitalization expenses related to COVID-19.
Entry instructions:
1. Hong Kong passengers entering Singapore need not pass quarantine inspection;
2. Passengers staying for a short time shall apply for air travel pass before entering the country;
3. Countries that are included in the "vaccinated travel lane" can enter the country without isolation after vaccination; Receive virus testing within 48 hours before boarding and after arrival;
4. Countries included in the "reciprocal Green Lane" can enter Singapore for business or official business trips, subject to the following conditions:
-Receive virus detection within 72 hours before boarding and after arrival;
-Maintain self isolation at non residential addresses with connected toilets until negative test results are received;
-During the stay in Singapore, abide by the 14 day travel itinerary declared at the time of entry application;
-Prohibit the use of public transport to and from work;
5. Non vaccinated persons cannot enter Singapore;
6. Prepare the certificate of complete vaccination and the translation of who vaccine;
7. Round trip air ticket (return air ticket is recommended to be within 14 days after landing);
8. Global travel insurance: the minimum insured amount is S $30000. Prepare an electronic or physical insurance policy in advance for carrying into Singapore.

03. Cambodia
Announcement on the latest travel conditions of tourists entering Cambodia under the background of "new normal" and the implementation of health and tourism safety measures.
According to the Announcement No. 504 issued by the Ministry of health and the Ministerial Committee for the prevention and control of new crown on November 16, 2021, the Ministry of tourism of the kingdom of Cambodia hereby informs all tourism associations and private enterprises of the latest travel conditions of international tourists under the background of "new normal" and the implementation of health and travel safety measures for entering Cambodia, as follows:
1. Before entering Cambodia, international passengers who have completed complete vaccination shall carry covid-19 vaccination certificate to prove that they have completed all vaccination, as well as covid-19 negative Certificate (PCR test method) within 72 hours before arrival certified by the health authorities of their own country or the previous transit country entering Cambodia. Covid-19 rapid test will be conducted when arriving at Cambodia international port. If the test result is negative, there is no need for any isolation and you can travel freely throughout Cambodia. If the test result is positive, the passenger will be referred to the designated place authorized by the Ministry of health for treatment.
2. For international passengers who are not vaccinated or not fully vaccinated with covid-19, mandatory covid-19 rapid detection will be conducted at the national entrance. If the test result is negative, international passengers shall be quarantined for 14 days at the designated place authorized by the Ministry of health or the competent authority, and PCR test shall be carried out on the 13th day of 14 day quarantine. If the test result is positive, they will be referred to the designated place authorized by the Ministry of health for treatment. International passengers should have hotel reservation related documents for isolation. If there is no isolation hotel reservation, international passengers must prepare us $2000 cash (for foreign tourists) to deposit at the Cambodian port of entry to ensure all costs related to isolation.
3. International tourists need relevant visas to travel in Cambodia. Therefore, they must apply for a valid visa from the Cambodian embassy or Consulate General in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the immigration law. Since the royal government of Cambodia has not approved the entry visa, the visa must be applied for before leaving for Cambodia. International travelers holding visa free passports are free to travel to Cambodia without applying for visas.
4. responsibility for treatment of novel coronavirus disease for international passengers:
4.1.  All foreign tourists (except diplomats, official cooperation project executive officers holding diplomatic passports (visa a) and official passports (visa b) and their families) who are infected with covid-19 or other pathogens shall be treated by themselves.
4.2.  All foreign tourists in Cambodia are encouraged to purchase covid-19 disease insurance.
04. Malaysia
Malaysia can open and close in March as soon as possible, and carry out novel coronavirus detection before departure and after arrival, so as to avoid isolation.
Malaysia requires that inbound passengers must purchase travel insurance covering at least US $80000 including Xinguan emergency treatment, and must book round-trip transportation, accommodation, travel and two nucleic acid tests through a travel agent registered with the Malaysian Ministry of tourism, arts and culture (motac).
Entry instructions:
1. at the suggestion of the Council, tourists only need to test for novel coronavirus before departure and after arriving in Malaysia. If the result is negative, they can enter the country without isolation!
2. Prepare the certificate of complete vaccination and the translation of who vaccine;
3. Round trip air ticket (the return air ticket is recommended to be within 14 days after landing);
4. Global travel insurance: Travel Insurance with at least US $80000 including Xinguan emergency treatment.
05. Thailand
Thailand tourism administration announced that from February 1, all foreign tourists can apply for entry visas, and vaccinated passengers can apply for "test & go Thailand pass" to enter Thailand without isolation.
Passengers only need to have two new crown tests on the day of arrival and the fifth day after entry. The results are negative. They can move freely in Thailand without isolation. If you want to travel to Thailand, you should pay attention to the entry conditions!
International passengers entering Thailand must meet the following conditions:
1. Apply for QR code of test & go Thailand pass 60 days before departure;
2. passengers aged 18 or above shall complete the vaccination of two approved doses of novel coronavirus vaccine at least 14 days before the departure date, and hold the vaccination certificate with a validity period of not less than 14 days; Passengers aged 18 or below do not need to have a full dose vaccination certificate, but need to apply for a Thai pass code and travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians;
3. Hold the negative certificate of virus test within 72 hours before entering the country;
4. Purchase insurance with an insured amount of no less than US $50000;
5. Show the reservation and payment records of the designated Sha extra + or AQ Hotel tested by RT-PCR on the 1st and 5th days in Thailand, as well as the reservation traffic and payment records from the airport to the hotel.
After entering the country, passengers shall conduct two new crown tests at their own expense on the day of arrival and the fifth day after entry: if the new crown test result is negative on the first day of arrival, they can move freely in Thailand within five days; The second new crown test was conducted on the 5th day. After the result was also negative, you can move completely freely.

06. Vietnam
On February 15, Vietnam time, Vietnamese government departments discussed the plan to fully open the country's tourism services from March 15. The Vietnamese government asked all departments to formulate specific plans for reopening tourism services as soon as possible.
CCTV News reported that according to the proposal, Vietnam's international and domestic tourism projects, including air, water and land, will be fully restored on March 15, and the country will implement the "5K" epidemic prevention measures of "wearing masks, disinfecting, gathering people, maintaining social distance and health declaration".
According to the Vietnam News Agency, in terms of visas, Vietnam has implemented a unilateral visa free policy for 13 countries and implemented bilateral visa free agreements with 88 countries and regions. However, due to the outbreak of the epidemic in 2020, the government has issued a mechanism to suspend this visa exemption. In the context of the new normal, all departments requested the government to allow the suspension of all visa restrictions on international passengers from March 15 and return to the state before the outbreak of the epidemic (including e-visa, unilateral and bilateral visa exemption).
International passengers to Vietnam can enter the country as long as they meet the regulations of the Ministry of health. Specifically:
1. International passengers aged 12 and above must be vaccinated with at least 2 doses of neocoronavirus vaccine, and the second dose of vaccination date shall not exceed 6 months from the date of entry into Vietnam, or they can hold the rehabilitation certificate issued by the competent authority of the treatment country and recognized by Vietnam;
2. At the same time, passengers shall provide the airline with the negative report of antibody test within 24 hours before boarding or the negative report of RT-PCR nucleic acid test within 72 hours before boarding;
3. For countries with stricter regulations, the regulations of these countries will apply; At the same time, at least one health management application specified by professional institutions in Vietnam shall be installed, and passengers shall continue to open the application during their stay in Vietnam.
07. Myanmar
On January 21, the Ministry of health of Myanmar issued a notice to adjust the quarantine and isolation policy of entry personnel. Among them, for those who have been fully vaccinated with the new coronavirus vaccine for 14 days before departure, the isolation time will be adjusted from 7 days to 10 days; For those who have not been vaccinated or have not been fully vaccinated 14 days before departure, the isolation time will be adjusted from 10 days to 14 days.
At the same time, all inbound personnel should be tested for novel coronavirus nucleic acid within 72 hours before boarding and obtain a negative certificate; During the isolation period after entry, they need to complete multiple nucleic acid tests at their own expense. Once they are diagnosed with novel coronavirus infection, they must complete isolation treatment in designated medical institutions.
08. Indonesia
The Indonesian government announced to reduce the isolation time of tourists entering Indonesia from abroad from 5 days to 3 days, but only if tourists have been vaccinated with the third dose of neocoronavirus vaccine (booster).
The Indonesian epidemic prevention and control working group issued the above notice on February 16.
Those who have received booster shots entering Indonesia must be quarantined for 3 days after entering the country. At the same time, foreign tourists who have been vaccinated with two doses of vaccine must be isolated for five days, and foreign tourists who have been vaccinated with one dose of vaccine must be isolated for seven days. This provision will come into force on February 17, 2022 and is applicable to Indonesian citizens and foreigners entering Indonesia.

09. Brunei
According to the latest news from the Chinese Embassy in Brunei:
Since September 15, 2020, the "entry travel permit" has been officially implemented. If foreign citizens want to enter Brunei, they need to apply for this Permit in advance. The relevant application and entry procedures are as follows:
1、 The entry travel permit is mainly issued to four categories of people who enter Brunei for necessary business exchanges, students, persons receiving treatment from Brunei, parents, spouses and other immediate relatives of Brunei citizens and residents. The entry travel permit is not a valid visa. If the intended entrant needs a visa, the party inviting the document still needs to apply for a visa in advance. The length of stay in Wen is consistent with the visa issued. The intended entrant must stay at the current place of stay for at least 14 days. The transit country must comply with the relevant new crown risk assessment of the Ministry of health of Brunei, and shall not leave the airport during the transit period.
2、 In the invitation, the company or family members shall submit an online application to the prime minister's office at least 8 working days in advance. Please submit the passport, flight or vehicle information (e.g. land entry), reservation information of isolation Hotel and invitation letter (promise to bear the costs of isolation and nucleic acid testing after entry, and the entrant is in good health and stays at the exit place for more than 14 days). If the intended entrant is engaged in business through communication, the company inviting the communication must also obtain and upload the consent letter from the competent department. The inviting party shall pay for compulsory nucleic acid testing after entry in advance.
3、 Before the communication, the nucleic acid test must be carried out at the novel coronavirus testing institution designated by the local government (i.e. the Chinese government if starting from China), and the negative test report of novel coronavirus issued by the testing institution must be obtained within 72 hours before the departure. Please try not to leave your residence after nucleic acid testing and before boarding.
4、 Please show your valid entry travel permit, negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours, valid air ticket, nucleic acid test payment voucher after entry, isolated hotel reservation information, mobile phone installation bruhealth and valid visa when boarding.
5、 After arriving in Brunei, they must accept compulsory nucleic acid testing and self isolation. The testing time and isolation duration shall be notified by the Ministry of health of Brunei. Please select the isolation place when applying for the entry travel permit, and ask the entrant or the inviting party to book the isolation room through the hotel in advance. The hotel shall not be changed during isolation. In case of violation of the quarantine provisions, according to Brunei's infectious diseases law, you will face a maximum fine of 10000 Wen, a maximum imprisonment of six months or both.
According to the website of Royal Brunei Airlines, Brunei airport does not support transit from March 24, 2020.
10. Laos
Laos green tourism is divided into three stages to receive foreign tourists:

The requirements for green tourism in Laos are as follows:

3. All passengers must have a nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours before entering Laos for tourism;
4. When entering Laos, the nucleic acid test shall be carried out within 48 hours and the results shall be released directly;

It is forbidden for tourists who have entered Laos through the Ministry of industry and trade or who do not need to travel to Laos through the Ministry of industry and trade at the initial stage.
The preparation materials for tourists going to Laos to apply for inbound tourism are as follows:
1. Copy of entry certificate, pre order of hotel, travel itinerary, copy of vaccination certificate, application of Xinguan insurance and tourism company with an insured amount of no less than 50000 US dollars;
2. After preparing all the materials, submit them to the provincial and municipal information, culture and tourism departments. After checking that the materials are complete, submit them to the consulate to issue an entry visa in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of foreign affairs.
