Program Description

The Philippine National Personal Information Network (PNIP) allows foreign tourists to have their personal behavior recorded in the Philippine Immigration Department, which is known as the Philippine Blacklist. For those who have never been to the Philippines before, the blacklist can be very baffling, possibly the same name blacklist.

The Philippine NTSP blacklist with the same name means: entering the Philippines; applying for visa extension; being told that you are in the blacklist, such as your first time in the Philippines, naturally it will not be because of any bad record of your personal behavior in the Philippines, and the result of the inquiry is the same name as the person on the networked blacklist of the Directorate General of Migration.

In the Philippine General Immigration Office's national network file identification system, Chinese names are entered in the form of English pinyin, so for people with the same name in pinyin, they are the same person in the Philippine General Immigration Office's file. When inquiring, you will find yourself and the blacklisted person are blacklisted because of the same pinyin. If you encounter a blacklisted person with the same name, simply go through the EasyGo process and claim that you are not the same person as recorded in the General Immigration Office's online file.

You can apply for a certificate of appeal once and it is valid for life.
