Republic of the Philippines The National Immigration Authority (NIA) requires that foreign tourists who arrive in the Philippines and pass through customs inspection at the airport must have their passports or tourist visa pages stamped to reflect the date of arrival in the Philippines, flight number, and signature with the customs officer as a basis for entry.
There are several factors that are commonly associated with the re-issuance and replacement of this customs stamp certificate: negligence of the customs officer in not stamping the passport or visa page; loss of the tourist visa entry endorsement; loss of the passport and the person receiving a new passport, etc.

According to the regulations of the Philippine Bureau of Immigration, if the entry stamp is not shown, it must be re-stamped, otherwise it is prohibited to apply for normal extension, work visa, permanent residence green card, etc. It may also lead to restriction of exit and denial of boarding.

Replacement of lost visa documents: Depending on the latest policy of the Philippine Department of Immigration, the required documents/day of issuance/costs may vary; it is recommended to apply in advance to avoid late fines.
