Detailed description

Passport

1. The passport is valid for at least half a year after returning home. The passport must have my signature;
2. The passport shall have at least 2 consecutive blank visa pages, excluding remarks pages.
3. Passport must be complete and undamaged.

Photo

Two 2-inch (87.5 pxx112.5px) white color photos taken within half a year (signed on the back of the photo).

Application Form and Confirmation

1. Please fill in the personal data form with a black ink pen and sign it personally. (The front and back of the application form must be printed on one page)
2. Please fill in the Philippine visa application confirmation statement with a black pen and sign your own name.

On-the-job personnel

The following materials are provided in either option, and the employment certificate is provided as far as possible:
1. Provide printed English employment certificate, including position, monthly salary, travel date and purpose. Affix the company's official seal or personnel seal with the signature and position of the person in charge (see sample);
2. If the employment certificate cannot be provided, at least 30,000 original deposit certificate shall be provided and frozen until one month after returning home.

Retirees

Copy of retirement certificate.

Students in school

Copy of student ID card or English school certificate: provide the school certificate printed on the school header, indicating the time of admission, leave time, institution, address and contact number. Affix the official seal of the school or the school status seal or the educational administration seal, with the autograph of the person in charge of the school (the person in charge of the school includes the principal, the educational administration director, the teacher of the school status management office, etc., see the sample).

Preschool children

A copy of the birth certificate. (Minors need to provide this additional item, and minors must go with their immediate family members)
For minors under the age of 18, please provide the following materials according to the travel situation:
1, if traveling with parents or one party, must provide a copy of the birth certificate;
2. If both parents do not travel, copies of birth certificates, notarial certificates of entrustment of both parents (in Chinese and English) and copies of identity cards of both parents must be provided.

Freelancers

Provide the original deposit certificate of at least 30,000 yuan in my name and freeze it until one month after returning home.

Remarks

In December 2012, the Philippine Consulate issued a separate visa. When entering the Philippine customs with a separate visa, you must provide the original passport, a separate visa, a copy of the first page of the passport, a copy of the visa page, and 2 2-inch white color photos.
