What is the use of ECC customs clearance in the Philippines? How to handle it?

ECC is divided into two types, ECC-A (also known as conventional ECC) and ECC-B.

ECC-A: Visitors who stay in the Philippines for more than six months or more and are required to leave the country.
ECC-B refer to: Philippines-ownedwork visaHolders, departing companies,SubmissionAfter the cancellation of the original job, the person must leave the country.
All Filipino permanent residence holders of all types of status, after the cancellation of the immigrant residence status, must leave the country. ECC customs clearance must be handled before leaving the country.

Those who meet the above conditions will be submitted for customs clearance ECC by EasyGo before leaving the airport, otherwise the Philippine airport customs will not be released.

ECC-A applicants must be processed at least 3 working days before departure from the Philippines. Under normal circumstances, the ECC-A can leave the country within one month after handling it.
ECC-B applicants must be processed at least 7 working days before departure from the Philippines. Under normal circumstances, the ECC-B can leave the country within one month after handling it.
