Hung Jinwoo is wanted by the South Korea Suwon District Court on fraud charges and has been labeled a fugitive by the South Korea government. Hung is alleged to be a member of MinJun Pa, a Metro Manila-based voice phishing syndicate that operates illegally as a financial institution, falsely offering low-interest loans in exchange for prepaying outstanding debts and handling fees.
