Two amputated arms were found in the city's La Paz district that morning, and a headless body was found a few hours later in the city's Jaro district, the report said.

It is said that the Philippine police initially speculated that the body was the same person.

It is reported that the torso of the body was wrapped in a blue bag, which read: "Take your hands back and warn the pushers, Merry Christmas 2023.

La Paz police Lt. Greg Matutino said there were no reports of missing persons in the area. Major Eduardo Siacon Jr. of the Harrow Police Department (Eduardo) is coordinating with other police departments to search for the missing person.

The victim has not been identified and his head is still missing.
